Recently I've really been craving sweet potatoes. Candied yams are always my favorite Thanksgiving food, but I love them plain too! I think I'm going to buy a bunch and just eat them for meals. My question is, what are good healthy ways to bake or boil them? I'm thinking I'll add cinnamon to it. It doesn't have to be *extra* healthy, a little butter or whatever is fine.
