Open Question: is she a gold digger?

my best friend has a gf who has a low paying job...hes highly educated....theyve been together about a year now...thing is she doesnt spend quality time with him..thanksgiving she wasnt there...old years she wasnt there...and i also think christmas...instead she was with her ex..also she has his name tattoed on her ...thing is she has a low paid job and hes sorta her boss..but drives a nice car he bought her..she always asks him for money..clothes..he pays hers bills...and its only expensive stuff...she never once cooked a meal for him neva washes the dishes or did anything nice...she broke up with him just b4 valenttines and went back to her ex whom she was with months while with my friend...she didnt spend valentines day with him and didnt really want to speak to him after...she only met him days b4 her bday only because he was buying her a gift and she didnt even spend her bdy with him......also right after my friend got suspended from his job she broke up with him a month after..went back to her ex...and said they needed to find themselves...they were apart for 6 mths she hardly wanted to speak to him then coincidentally they got back together around the same time she fell ill had had to undergo surgery and got back with him a month b4 the surgery...also he pays her bills...once her phone was locked and she cussed him out for that...also she hasnt added him on facebook...all his txt messages on his phone its her askin for summin..to get her hair done..or for money..but says she loves him...sometimes he would say it and she replies in acronyms ILU2...plus while they werent together and she wasnt talking to him she just called him right before her bday tellin him she wanted to go shopping...plus she wanted his bro to buy her summin for her bdy as well...she doesnt go no where with him...especially to his familys home...shes never carried him home or anywhere she goes..by the way shes from the projects..tattoes piercings..and hes a well educated graduate...is it me or is she using him?...
